Educación virtual en tiempos de pandemia y su incidencia en la dinámica del contexto familiar y el proceso de aprendizaje : estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales permanentes de la región metropolitana

Abstract

La siguiente investigación se enmarca en el impacto de la pandemia COVID-19 respecto al cambio de modalidad en la educación producto del confinamiento social y su incidencia en la dinámica del contexto familiar durante el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Este hecho ha generado un desafío en la educación debido a que se ha implementado una modalidad a distancia, ya que la familia es quien ha tomado mayor protagonismo pasando a ser un eslabón fundamental para llevar a cabo el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje, puesto que, la consecuencia de la modalidad virtual, radica en una transformación pedagógica y en su implementación de la enseñanza desde el hogar, modificando la forma de vida de las familias ocasionando su adaptación a esta nueva realidad. De acuerdo con lo anterior, el presente estudio tiene como propósito analizar y comprender el impacto de la educación virtual y en el rol protagónico de la familia en estudiantes de escuelas especiales pertenecientes a la Región Metropolitana, por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas, para la obtención de información respecto a la estimulación del aprendizaje y adquisición del conocimiento de manera integral en tiempos de pandemia. Lo anterior, será trabajado desde perspectivas teóricas como también presentará un análisis cualitativo e interpretativo, es decir, se verificará la posible relevancia de la familia en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, además de qué manera se vio afectada positiva o negativamente en pandemia, dando a conocer la comprensión de una determinada realidad a partir de una mirada subjetiva.

The following research is part of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic regarding the change of modality in education as a result of social confinement and its impact on the dynamics of the family context during the learning process of students. This fact has generated a challenge in education due to the fact that a distance modality has been implemented, since the family is the one who has taken a greater role, becoming a fundamental link to carry out the teaching-learning process, since, The consequence of the virtual modality lies in a pedagogical transformation and in its implementation of teaching from home, modifying the way of life of families causing their adaptation to this new reality. According to the above, the present study aims to analyze and understand the impact of virtual education and the leading role of the family in students of special schools belonging to the Metropolitan region, through semi-structured interviews, to obtain information regarding the stimulation of learning and the acquisition of knowledge in a comprehensive manner in times of pandemic. The above will be worked from theoretical perspectives as well as a qualitative and interpretive analysis will be presented, that is, the possible relevance of the family in the students' learning will be verified, in addition to how it was positively or negatively affected in the pandemic, giving know the understanding of a certain reality from a subjective gaze.
