El uso de las TICs en contexto de pandemia en diversas escuelas con estudiantes con NEE con modalidad de educación a distancia

Abstract

El foco principal de esta investigación es indagar el uso de las TICs en diversas escuelas de Chile, desde un enfoque constructivista, en la modalidad de educación a distancia en contexto de pandemia, para lo cual se recopila información a través de encuestas y entrevistas con el propósito de conocer la realidad que viven los estudiantes y docentes con relación a los aprendizajes obtenidos a partir de los contenidos trabajados con el uso de estas herramientas tecnológicas. De manera complementaria, esta investigación busca conocer y proponer buenas prácticas educativas metodológicas, recursos educativos o tecnologías para que los y las docentes puedan implementar dentro de las diversas escuelas durante esta pandemia. Por ello, este estudio presentará el contexto actual al que se enfrentan los docentes y estudiantes, así como también las repercusiones que estas abarcan, tanto en el ámbito emocional, educativo de los docentes y estudiantes, y las estrategias que han utilizado para efectuar su labor pedagógica bajo este nuevo modelo de educación a distancia. Es por esto que se presenta el marco de referencia, la estructura de este proyecto y la relación con la bibliografía, recopilando la mayor cantidad de información y referencias bibliográficas. Además, se indica el tipo de investigación que se realizará, las principales decisiones metodológicas, la población y muestra a la cual va dirigida y los instrumentos que se aplicarán con sus respectivas categorías e indicadores, los resultados de la muestra y un análisis de esta, en conjunto con las respectivas conclusiones y proyecciones de esta investigación. Como conclusión centrada a la investigación se analiza el uso de tics en diversas escuelas de las zonas norte, centro y sur de Chile, se analiza las fortalezas y debilidades de estas TICs en contexto de pandemia en modalidad a distancia, para finalizar con las proyecciones de la investigación con relación a las buenas prácticas educativas dado a lo observado y analizado.

The principal focus of this investigation is to inquire about the use of ICT in diverse Chilean schools. From a constructivist perspective, on distant education modality in a pandemic context. Data is collected through surveys and interviews to know the reality that students and teachers live concerning the learning obtained from the contents worked within these technological tools. In complement, this research pursues to find good methodological educational practices, educational resources, or technologies so that teachers can implement them within the diverse schools during this pandemic. Therefore, this study will present the current context that teachers and students face, the repercussions that these include in both the emotional and educational fields of teachers and students, and the strategies they have used to carry out their pedagogical work under this new distant education modality. Consequently, the study will present the frame of reference, the structure of this project, the relationship with the bibliography, and the information and bibliographic references. Additionally, it will indicate the type of research conducted, the main methodological decisions, the population and sample to whom it is directed--including the instruments applied with their respective categories and indicators, the results, and the analysis with the conclusions and projections of this research. For this reason, the research will present the frame of reference, the structure of this project, the relationship with the bibliography to collect as much information data, and bibliographical references as possible. In addition, it will indicate the type of research to be conducted, the main methodological decisions, the target population and sample, the instruments to be applied with their respective categories and indicators, the results of the sample analysis, and the conclusions and projections of this research in the data results. As a conclusion focused on the research, the use analysis of ICTs in different schools in the northern, central, and southern zones of Chile showed the strengths and weaknesses of these ICTs in the context of a pandemic in distance education mode, to sum up with the projections of the research concerning the good educational practices accordingly to what has been observed and analyzed.
